International Partnerships and Allied Space Infrastructure
No nation can build every element of the space economy alone. Sustainable exploration, resilient security architectures, and viable infrastructure will depend on partnerships combining complementary capabilities, markets, locations, and investment. This panel examines how the United States and its allies can move from diplomatic alignment to integrated space infrastructure. Panelists will explore cooperation across launch, communications, navigation, space domain awareness, commercial LEO destinations, lunar systems, science, and ground networks. The discussion will address interoperability, standards, procurement access, financing, technology protection, export controls, data sharing, cybersecurity, and balancing sovereign priorities with collective resilience. It will also consider how newer space nations and regional partners can contribute without duplicating established capabilities.
