Policy, Law, and Governance for the New Space Age
Commercial capabilities are advancing faster than the legal and policy frameworks intended to govern them. Activities in autonomy, servicing, manufacturing, resource use, commercial stations, lunar operations, and large constellations are creating questions that cannot be resolved through technical performance alone.
