Christopher Allen
Christopher W. Allen serves as CEO of the Space Workforce Institute, which brings together industry leaders, institutions, and organizations to address critical talent gaps and build a skilled workforce for the expanding space sector. He also co-founded Nova Space Inc. in 2021 to provide standardized, high-quality professional training for the space economy, with clients that include NASA, the U.S. Space Force, and AWS.
As President of Allen Interactions, Christopher has contributed for over 15 years to the development of meaningful, memorable, and motivational learning experiences. With a background spanning education, workforce development, and the space industry, he rolls up his sleeves across marketing, sales, R&D, and design teams to support custom training, consulting, and tools like ZebraZapps. Allen Interactions has served over 350 of the Fortune 500 companies in talent development and strategic training projects. He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and is an Agile Certified Practitioner.
