Frank Trevino
Frank Trevino is Managing Director of VenQuest Group’s Space Division, where he focuses on capital allocation, infrastructure investment strategy, and institutional financing across the space economy. His work centers on how space infrastructure is evolving into scalable, investable systems capable of attracting long-duration institutional capital.
With 30 years of global space experience across North America, Asia, and Europe, Frank works at the intersection of infrastructure, data, finance, and capital markets. He works with governments and industry leaders to structure investment strategies, evaluate emerging infrastructure models, and address the governance, scalability, coordination, and risk challenges associated with interconnected space and terrestrial systems.
Frank also serves as a Space Situational Awareness Advisor to the U.S. Department of State and contributes to international space policy discussions through the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNCOPUOS). He is a frequent speaker on AI, infrastructure, finance, and the space economy, with appearances at CES, Space Symposium, Yahoo Finance, and Digital Transformation World.
A graduate of the University of Oxford, Frank is currently pursuing a DPhil (PhD) also at Oxford, where his research focuses on how platform infrastructure reshapes complex systems.
