Megan Miller

Megan G. Miller is a Compliance Principal at Blue Origin, where she supports mission-critical operations across global supply chain. She leads compliance initiatives aligned with aerospace industry standards and U.S. government regulations, including FAR and DFARS requirements, supporting major government partnerships and national security programs with organizations such as NASA and the United States Space Force. With more than a decade of experience in aerospace and defense, Megan specializes in compliance, government contracting, supply chain risk management, export controls, internal audits, and operational risk mitigation.

Megan is recognized for translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions that support innovation, accountability, and mission readiness. Her work focuses on strengthening collaboration between commercial space companies and government stakeholders through effective compliance and governance frameworks. She partners closely with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into rapidly growing operational environments while supporting resilient, mission-focused execution across the aerospace sector.

Prior to joining Blue Origin, Megan served as a Senior Site Compliance & Ethics Officer at Boeing, supporting major aerospace operations locations including Kennedy Space Center. She holds a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from University of Central Florida.
