Megan Miller

Megan Miller is an accomplished aerospace executive with more than 15 years of experience spanning global supply chain leadership, government contracting, regulatory compliance, and strategic program execution. She currently serves as Director of Lunar Supply Chain at Blue Origin, where she leads supply chain strategy, supplier readiness, and operational execution in support of the company’s Lunar Permanence program and its mission to enable a sustained human presence on the Moon.

Throughout her career, Megan has supported some of the nation’s most significant aerospace and defense initiatives, working alongside NASA, the United States Space Force, and industry partners to advance mission-critical programs. Her leadership bridges engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and government partnerships, with a focus on building resilient supply chains, mitigating risk, and accelerating innovation in the rapidly evolving commercial space industry.

A passionate advocate for strengthening the domestic aerospace industrial base, Megan champions meaningful engagement with small businesses, particularly veteran-owned enterprises, and promotes collaboration between government agencies and commercial space companies. She has participated in national industry conferences, including engagements with NASA’s Office of Small Business Programs, sharing insights on supplier development, regulatory readiness, and expanding opportunities within the space economy.

Megan holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is actively engaged in STEM outreach and initiatives that inspire the next generation of space explorers. Her leadership reflects a commitment to advancing American space capabilities, strengthening industry partnerships, and helping establish the infrastructure necessary for humanity’s long-term future beyond Earth.
