Neha Dagley
Neha S. Dagley is the Principal of SpaceMarked Legal Advisory, P.A., a boutique law practice advising companies in the space, technology, and emerging-industry sectors on corporate matters, commercial contracts, and brand protection. Drawing on two decades of commercial litigation experience, she approaches space law from a practitioner's perspective. Neha earned an Advanced LL.M. in Air and Space Law, cum laude, from Leiden University. She is an elected member of the International Institute of Space Law and has presented at the International Astronautical Congress and the United Nations Conference on Space Law and Policy. Her scholarship addresses legal frameworks for commercial space stations, mission authorization and legal certainty in space resource activities, and the integration of private human spaceflight into international legal frameworks.
