Sierra Pollard
Dr. Sierra Pollard is the Director of Innovation for Innovating 4 Space at the University of Florida — a flagship space innovation program she built in partnership with NASA's Technology Transfer University, Blue Origin, Collins Aerospace, Amazon Project Kuiper, Sierra Space, and the U.S. Space Force Association. Her Ph.D. is in curriculum design, not aerospace engineering — and that is the point. She has spent her career embedding with industry operators and translating their expertise into experiential education that primes, agencies, and startups now hire from. Dr. Pollard serves as Chairwoman (2025–2026) of the USSFA Women in Space initiative and was named a 2026 UF 40 Under 40. She is a sought-after speaker known for high-energy, mission-forward stage presence.
