Dr. Tracy Boyd is the CEO of Aligned Growth Solutions and a defense market strategist with more than 20 years of experience in technology and federal contracting. She specializes in helping commercial and dual-use technology companies navigate non-traditional acquisition pathways, including SBIR, STTR, OTAs, and CSOs. Tracy has guided more than 200 companies through defense market entry, contributing to $650M+ in awarded contracts. Her background spans software architecture, $500M portfolio management, and DoD R&D as a principal investigator. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and IT, and serves as Program Chair for Central Florida Women in Defense.
