Official Hotel Room Block

We have worked with the city of Orlando to negotiate the best rates for all Commercial Space Week participants and to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Participating hotels are all in close proximity to the Orange County Convention Center for convenience.

Please note that the ONLY way to get a hotel room in the Commercial Space week block is through the official event websites directly. If you are contacted by an unauthorized housing provider, please notify our staff immediately.

Rosen Centre Hotel Parking Information

Beginning September 1, the Rosen Centre Hotel will use a ticketed parking system for its self-parking lot. The previous QR code scan and Text-to-Pay process will no longer be used.

Daily Event Attendees

When you arrive at the Rosen Centre Hotel:

At the parking entrance kiosk, select your event from the screen.
Pay the applicable parking rate by credit card at the gate.
You will receive a parking ticket. Please keep your ticket, as you will need it to exit the parking lot.

If you have received a complimentary or discounted parking validation in advance, select the appropriate event or group at the kiosk and scan the validation or coupon provided to you.

Overnight Hotel Guests

If you are staying overnight at the Rosen Centre Hotel:

Select “Overnight Hotel Guest” at the parking entrance kiosk. The gate will open without collecting payment.
After hotel check-in, use your room key for entry and exit privileges.
Your parking charge will be applied to your hotel reservation at the applicable contracted rate.
Parking Rates
Standard 2026/2027 hotel parking rates are:
- Self-parking: $40 per day
- Valet parking: $53 per day
Event-specific or contracted parking rates may differ from the hotel’s standard rates. If an event-specific rate applies, it will be programmed into the parking system.

Important: Keep your parking ticket with you if you are a daily attendee. You will need it to open the gate when exiting the hotel.
